Boarding Scholars of Color (BSC) is a national nonprofit building the first cross-school, multi-generational network for Black and Latino boarding school students, alumni, and allies. Founded by boarding school alumni, BSC exists to ensure that access to elite education also means access to lifelong community, mentorship, and opportunity. We connect scholars across institutions, regions, and industries through identity-affirming mentorship, national programming, and long-term network building.
